The boot's eye-row is reinforced with our unique teardrop stitch that helps the eye-row hold its shape over years of lacing.

The M1 is a modern interpretation of the most prolific silhouette of the 20th century — a classic work boot.

Built to Last a Lifetime
The M1’s pull tabs are made of two strips of leather. They are double-reinforced and stitched together at the top of the loop and the base of the pull tab. The backstay is reinforced with our signature “M” security stitch at the bottom of the loop.
A set of leather laces cut from the same supple leather as the upper is included with every pair. We also have a secondary premium waxed cotton lace with metal aglet tips.

The natural leather tanning process uses tannins found in plant-derived sources instead of the toxic heavy metals that are traditionally used.
Well-Heeled
Goodyear construction is a highly skilled craft that involves stitching the upper of the boot to a midsole, then stitching to the outsole.
The M1 can be disassembled, repaired, and re-soled. Resoling gives the boot an exceptionally extended product lifecycle.
Up-Cycle sole
The M1 Outsole is an Italian-made Vibram® Eco-step sole in the Montagna lugged configuration. The up-cycle sole is manufactured with a minimum of 30% high-quality rubber waste, giving the sole a unique speckled look.
